mirror source to two targets at once?

Can I set a folder on my laptop to backup (mirror) to both Dropbox and the NAS at at the same time?

I set it up in the same profile:
Source: D:\foldername Target: D:\Dropbox\Foldername
Source: D:\foldername Target: NAS\Foldername

But when the comparison window opens it isn't obvious what is happening.

Yes, that can be done as far as the two targets are different.
If you need to sync instead of backup then you would need two separate profiles.
