Problem running service as a specific user

I dont understand how I should be using VV when running it as a service.

I often get errors saying: "Execution not done. Unable to open tracking database. It may be not accessible or in use by another ViceVersa process running.". Exit Code: 9."

I guess this is because vvlauncher.exe has 2 processes running, one as the logged on user and one as the user the service is started as.

I want to have it run as a service. But how do I know if there is an error without starting vvlauncher.exe manually?
