SMTP timeout - increase amount of time

Hello

We are currently running ViceVersa Pro v2.5 build 2518 64-bit
There are timeout issues with the emails that are sent out. They do not occur all of the time, and we would like to increase the timeout setting to allow for more time...

The HELP section shows in order to increase this timeout, an update to registry settings in required

Those registry entries DO NOT EXIST so I am unable to update them to increase the timeout.

Please assist

By default, the E-Mail timeouts are set to 5 seconds for the connection timeout and 10 seconds for the SMTP timeout. If needed these values can be changed in the Windows Registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ViceVersa Pro\ViceVersa Pro\email\connect_timeout is used to change the connection timeout. It is a DWORD value which specifies the connection timeout in seconds.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ViceVersa Pro\ViceVersa Pro\email\smtp_timeout is used to change the SMTP timeout. It is a DWORD value which specifies the SMTP timeout in seconds.

Hi, by default the registry keys are not there, but you can create them and then specify the values you need, thanks
