Hi, see : https://www.tgrmn.com/web/kb/item129.htm
(it is about OneDrive but it usually applies to other cloud services too).
Include Offline Files
Option is in Profile Settings -> Advanced Settings -> More Settings
If there are some files in the OneDrive folder which are stored only in the cloud and not locally (i.e. they are 'offline'), then ViceVersa will exclude these files from copy because they are not present on the local disk. If you want to copy these offline files too, enable this option. The offline files will be downloaded to the local folder by OneDrive. _________________ --

okay...that seems to be working now.. but another problem is when i copy those files to my C drive..the "date accessed" changes to the current day that is copied - namely, today which is Jul 13, 2020. How can I preserve all date and time attributes exactly as it is in the cloud (I want to transfer from Google drive/google photos) |

Does webdrive 2019 maintain the timestamps correctly?
When you copy the files using Windows Explorer are the timestamps correctly applied? _________________ --

Yes, webdrive 2019 does maintain the correct date/time stamps even date created, modified and accessed. When copied to C drive, only the date accessed changes to the current date and time. How can I keep all three date fields exactly the same as in webdrive ? |
