Going from v3002 to v3003 no longer copies xls files

I recently updated to version 3003 from 3002 and now ViseVersa no longer copies xls files to the destination folder. All I did was an upgrade. A solid red circle is placed to the left of the file.

I went into the Advanced area of the profile settings and checked the box for "copy permissions" but that had no effect. I'm un-familiar with much of the terminology but thought I'd try something. From what I can see there are no permissions on the xls files, nor are they open by any other program.
