Microsoft Hyper-V VSS Writer is missing/not available

Problem is that Microsoft Hyper-V VSS Writer is missing/not available.
Why do I want it, to perform Shadow copy of Hyper-V VM with Vice Versa Pro.

Set up is as follows
I do not have Windows Server
What I have is Windows 10 Pro 64 (up-to-date) running Hyper-V with two VM's, Ubuntu 18.04LTS and Windows 10 Home. Both VM's are functioning and up-to-date.
Vice Versa Pro 2.5 installed and registered and then separately when I could not get 2.5 to show the (VSS Writer) installed Vice Versa Pro 3.0 fully functioning Evaluation copy (but both give same outcome).

Starting scenario
I read https://www.tgrmn.com/web/docs/hyperv-backup-with-viceversa.pdf and on page 3 of 9 at bottom of page the image shows "Microsoft Hyper-V VSS Writer Id etc" is required to be selected to Backup ALL Hyper-V files.

This is not given as an option in the list that opens when I "Select VSS Writer/Component..."

Please assist and point me to my error/what is needed to be done to gain "Microsoft Hyper-V VSS Writer" is the list of items found?

Hi, Windows 10 does not have the writer:

But you can enable VSS and backup the folder where the VM are stored.
