connection timed-out

please can someone help me:
I installed window server 2019 and upgrade viceversa to 3.0.

but using the same parameters that I used on the old 2003 server
I can no longer send email notifications when there are errors in running profiles.
I always get the error message after 5-6 seconds:

connection timed-out

is something missing in the server configuration?

Hi, what e-mail server are you using for this profile? Internal or external? thanks

thanks and congratulations for your prompt reply.
i am using smtp.gmail.
I have already solved the problem by entering a longer time-out in the windows registry (as suggested by the online manual):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ ViceVersa Pro \ ViceVersa Pro \ email \ connect_timeout

with 10 seconds the problem disappeared.
