Copy error

I am getting these errors

Copying "New England Watercolor Society.pdf" (120.07KB) ... [Windows Copy Error: "Y:\HOME\Art\Competition\New England Watercolor Society.pdf". The system cannot find the file specified.] Error.

Copying "SWA - 2018 Members Prospectus.docx" (1.28MB) ... [Windows Copy Error: "E:\Art\Competition\~vv1.tmp". Element not found.] Error.

If I try to manually copy, I get

error 0X80070490 element not found

I am on windows 10

I am also getting this

Copying "2.jpg" (3.95MB) ... [Windows Copy Error: "E:\Art\Educational\Laurin McCrakin\Images\~vv1.tmp". Element not found.] Error.

Hi, do you get this error for all files? Within ViceVersa and also outside ViceVersa (e.g. using Windwos File Explorer)?
What type of drives are source and target?
