Got a weird error today. I am trying to synchronize some files and it says "can not delete file, System call level is not correct"

Any enlightenment on what this means?

Hi, the error comes from Windows, which version of Windows is it happening on? Is it during deleting or copying files and is the network / UNC involved? thanks

Windows 10 fresh install and I downloaded all the updates. I have Bit Defender on there and it keeps finding Trojans buried in emails and the email files are also the files that I can't seem to synchronize or delete. Is this a Bit Defender lock issue?

Yes, I suspect it is blocking program access to those e-mail files.

Completely removed Bit Defender and restarted my computer. Still saw this error crop up. With Bit Defender installed, I couldn't even delete the file manually, but with it gone, the error only crops up in Vice Versa.

Weird.

No. It was happening when Bitstream was installed and Bitstream had thown some trogan errors. It still happens without Bitstream, so I can't verify if there are Trogans in the offending files.
