De-duping iTunes backups

Hi,
I have a 'live' iTunes install on my D drive, and I also have a 'broken' iTunes install on a backup drive.

I want Vice Versa to compare each music file in both installs, and by ignoring exact duplicate files [title name+exact size] put a copy of extra files found on the 'broken backup drive' into an archive folder.

I would be grateful if someone could guide/outline what I need to do please, as this is the first time trying archive stuff and matching specific characteristics of a file !
