I'm sure this has been answered but I'm a bit dense and I have a huge reading comprehension problem so I'll ask and hopefully, I'll get a simple answer that I can understand.

I have a server and I need to consolidate my files because my server was down for some ears so I'm moving and copying a bunch of stuff.

However, I want to make changes to a certain folder on my desktop and then I want those changes made to the same folder on the server.

IE, if I remove something in the source, I want it removed in the target too but I'm not sure how to set it so that the SOURCE is always deciding what the target will look like so to speak?

I don't plan on adding files straight to the server so I dont' get confused. If I run out of space on the desktop, then I may have to do something else but I have around 23TB on the desktop so I should be ok. I want that to be my primary source for files and then every so often, just tell vice versa to make everything on the server just like the desktop.

Hope I explained it so you guys can understand.

Love my vice versa.

Hi, the Backup/Mirror method makes an exact mirror of the source into the target, including deleting files from the target if they are not present in source :
