Sorting hundreds of files by creation date

I have several hundred text (.txt) and SQL (.sql) files which I would like to place into folders named after the year of creation. Can I scan the entire hard disk collection of files, folders, and sub-folders and extract the files with a creation date of lets say 2013 and place them into a folder named '2013-Files' ?

How about scanning once and placing the individual files found into different folders: such as '2013-Files", '2014-Files', '2015-files' etc all in a single operation?
