Dear Sir,
Many thanks for your prompt reply regarding the usage of VV in two computers. It was great news to know that I can backup two different sources in the same target (USB memory)
However, I would like to ask another question. Is it possible to backup and synchronize outlook express folders between my PC and my USB devise?
Many thanks in advance

Hi - ViceVersa will replace the older e-mail file with the newer file. If you change e-mails in both e-mail files, the files will be marked as conflicts. ViceVersa does not sync e-mail and contacts within Outlook files. _________________ --

Thanks for your answer. I understand, from your answer, that ViceVersa does not synchronize with e-mail and contacts within Outlook Express. Is then, possible back up the e-mails and restore them later on?
Many thanks in advance

Yes, you can copy the e-mail files to another location and restore them when needed later on, by copying the files back to their original location.
To make a backup copy of your Outlook Express e-mail message files:
1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. On the Maintenance tab, click Store Folder.
3. Select the folder location, and then press CTRL+C to copy the location.
4. Click Cancel, and then click Cancel again to close the dialog box.
This is the location of the e-mail files and you can use that as a source folder in ViceVersa. _________________ --
