Something is not working right as updates are reflected within minutes or even seconds with real-time VVEngine setup. Could you write to support @ tgrmn.com with more details so we can troubleshoot this issue? thanks _________________ --

And again no answer for weeks now on that reproducable problem. Support is not reading his mails properly and now again not responding.
That is not the way how a long-term customer wants to be treated. It is very disapointing and does not give much trust in the product any more.
You should be honest to us, if you plan to retire and to go to a paradise island where no stupid customer bothers you with problems in your product.
This would save us all a lot of time

Hi Urmel, unfortunately, we cannot recreate the issue you sent :
< Yes it happens when syncing between a local drive and a remote drive
where the remote drive is mapped with a drive letter or UNC path to the
local machine via ssh connection >
I wrote back to you for more info _________________ --

Hi TGRMN
Poor excuse for not responding to cases for weeks. If you would read the emails you get from customers carefully than you would be able to recreate the issue. You do not.
The email I got tonight from you is asking me again something that I answered very detailed a couple of times before and I already offered any help in the past to reproduce the case including demonstrating the behaviour during a Teamviewer session.

Hi, yes, I see now... the issue seems to be related to using Webdrive for the mapping of SSH. We will need to recreate this but we need to install Webdrive over SSH. _________________ --

I never had issues with WebDrive so far - using it for a long time. For the combination VV and WebDrive it is my first try. Do you know any other product like WebDrive where VV is not having these issues ?
If you can provide a debug version of VV writing the needed logs - I would offer to run these in my environment.

However over SSH we do not have a recommended product, sorry. |
We will never-never-never store our data in Microsofts Azure cloud nor in any other public cloud storage. We respect data privacy for our customers (and for ourselves too) and do not think that those cloud systems provide proper and reliable data privacy.
That means we will only store our data on a remote server that we have completely under our contral. Azure files is not a solution for us. |

And again weeks have passed - no response, no support activities
I come more and more to the realization:
"If you notice that the horse you ride is dead, descend. "
Too bad, we were a loyal customer for many years and the product was actually good. But such serious bug and no reaction...
But if you take a closer look, you can see for a long time that only the most essential things are done. There is no real innovation or further development. But the list of feature requests is really long, as you can see in the forum. |

Hello,
This issue is only related to using Webdrive + ViceVersa on SSH connection. ViceVersa development is going on regularly (we are working on the new version) and support too. We proud ourselves to provide top support for all our products, unlike other companies that do not care to support their customers.
We can try to debug this issue but it looks like it is related to Webdrive over SSH not to ViceVersa. _________________ --
