On one PC, ViceVersa launches straight into the program and on the other PC it launches and the User Account control popup appears. I assume it has something to do with the way the program was installed. Do I just need to uninstall and reinstall to get the same behaviour on both PCs? |

Hi, did you set the option to launch ViceVersa PRO with full admin rights in Windows on the second PC? That would make it ask permission on some Windows versions. _________________ --

I was never given an opportunity during install to set any such option. Did I need to run the installer elevated to achieve this? I installed from my user account without elevation. |

I just went in to the properties for the executable on the second PC and found it to be set to 'Run as administrator' on the 'Compatibility' tab. I had to click on 'Change settings for all users' in order to deselect. It now works the same on both PCs. Thanks for your help. |

Any idea as to why it would have installed differently on the two devices? Both devices are Windows 10 Pro with me as an Administrator account. Originally, on both devices, ViceVersa was installed from a saved download without elevation. |

Not sure, but by default, ViceVersa installs as not needing any elevation to run (admin not required) and there is no option to install it otherwise. _________________ --
