Is there a way to set the log to empty before a run and keep it at the end of a run. It appears the empty the log option as it is, empties the log after the run, so, you have no way to check what happened during the run.

I know I can just keep the log, and limit its size, but that's really not what I need.

Maybe make the Log File name unique by using Variables eg

Quote:

C:\- Working Files\- ViceVersa Log Files\<year>-<month>-<day> - <hour>.<min> [hrs-min] -- <profile>.log

just an idea

Thanks for the suggestion. Not really what I was looking for, as this option would create a proliferation of log files, and the only time I ever need to examine the log is after or just before I do a run. But, if no other options are available, I'll consider something along those lines. Thanks Alice.

Hi, BTW the log should be deleted just before the new run, not at the end... is it not working properly? thanks
