Is there a way to set the log to empty before a run and keep it at the end of a run. It appears the empty the log option as it is, empties the log after the run, so, you have no way to check what happened during the run.
I know I can just keep the log, and limit its size, but that's really not what I need. |

Maybe make the Log File name unique by using Variables eg
Quote: |
C:\- Working Files\- ViceVersa Log Files\<year>-<month>-<day> - <hour>.<min> [hrs-min] -- <profile>.log |
just an idea

Thanks for the suggestion. Not really what I was looking for, as this option would create a proliferation of log files, and the only time I ever need to examine the log is after or just before I do a run. But, if no other options are available, I'll consider something along those lines. Thanks Alice. |

Hi, BTW the log should be deleted just before the new run, not at the end... is it not working properly? thanks _________________ --
