Folder Creation Error

I have a WD 1TB drive attached to my ASUS router. I recently have been having trouble backing up files with the errors shown below. The majority appear to fail after the inability to create a folder. I can do it just fine manually using Windows File Explorer. Have looked through the forum and nothing has caught my eye. Please Help.

I had been running V2.5 and just upgraded to V3.0 Build 3001 64bit to see if the issue would go away.

Profile File: c:\users\bione\onedrive\documents\viceversa pro\mydocuments_nad.fsf

Folders
- Source: "C:\Users\bione\OneDrive\"
- Target: "o:\My Documents\"
- Include Subfolders: Yes

- Comparison Type: Size and Timestamp
- Ignore 2 seconds difference
- Ignore 1 hour difference
Execution
- Method: Backup (Mirror Source to Target)
- No archive for deleted/replaced source files

Made the suggested changes. But, this no longer appears to be strictly a VV issue but again creating the folders with File Explorer does work with everything copying after that. I have two separate flash drives connected directly to my USB ports and using the same profile (except for drive name) everything works fine. I have not yet tried bringing the USB hard drive connected to my router and hooking it directly to the computer. But, I am thinking that will work. Something in the path of OneDrive local folders, VV, ASUS Router, and Hard Drive is not happy.
