Hello there.
Ok, so I simplified the file ie took out the 'Quit' command and this is the screen output from VVE Console when run (Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1):
Quote: | C:\Program Files (x86)\VVEngine\serv>VVConsole "-c:DISABLE ALL|ENABLE ALL"
VVConsole 1.3.1
This computer is named "XYZ-01"
Command line flag found: -c:DISABLE ALL|ENABLE ALL
Type HELP for list of available VVEngine commands and options.
:> DISABLE ALL
Sending : DISABLE ALL
Received : Disabling All...
:> ENABLE ALL
VVEngine not running ...
:> |
does that help ? btw VVEngine 2.2 is running, I see the jobs change to 'Disabled' in VVE, but obviously they never re-enable... |

thanks, I think it might be a timing issue...
Try a pause between disabling and re-enabling.
VVConsole "-c:DISABLE ALL|PAUSE 10|ENABLE ALL" _________________ --

Yes thank you, that worked perfectly.
My final working batch file is as follows :
Quote: | cd C:\Program Files (x86)\VVEngine\serv
VVConsole "-c:DISABLE ALL|PAUSE 10|ENABLE ALL|QUIT" |
One again, thank you for your help. |
