Access Denied Error - Unable to rename

Hello,

I am trying to set up ViceVersa profile to sync across domains. I have a specific user set up on the source domain, one-way trust setup between the 2 domains, and have added that user to the target server's Admin Group. Vice Versa can copy over new files, but when attempting to copy over an existing file (created by a different user) I get the following error:

Unable to rename \\<TargetServer>\ice_voice\switch38006\English\SOTest\SO-Skills.ima into \\<TargetServer>\ice_voice\switch38006\English\SOTest\SO-Skills - ViceVersa Copy.ima. Access is denied.] [ERROR].

Is there additional configurations that needs to be configured/enabled/setup?

Actually this is working for me now.

I'm not positive, but a restart of the VVEngine service on the Source Server may have addressed my issue.

From the error, it looked like ViceVersa did not have permission to rename files on \ice_voice\switch38006\English\SOTest\
