File Sync to multiple computers

We have one server that needs to copy different files to multiple computers. The files need to be copied as soon as they are changed on the server. There may be more than 200 computers that need updating.
Can ViseVersa do this?

Yes. The best setup is to install ViceVersa on each of the clients and pull the data from the server when changes are detected. VVLauncher can be used for that. VVLauncher is a ViceVersa PRO 2 add-on tool. You can find it under start->All programs->ViceVersa PRO 2->Tools.

So how would the clients know that a file has changed on the server? If the clients "poll" the server for changes it seems it's not the most efficient way (lots of request from clients), then wouldn't it be better if the server pushed the changes to the clients?
