Popup Prompt Issue

Schedule backup job got a lot of popup prompt and waiting for a user interupt to click OK to continue. How can we turn off all these prompts?

The Popup prompt messages were like this:

Backup file "Archieved directory\path\filename" has timestamp identifier in the future. File ignored. If you want to remove it, you need to remove it manually.

Please help

Froom Tools, then Schedule ... If I manual click Compare and Execute, the result was the same. The Backup fsf is attached for your referience. Maybe my configuration setting is not correct.
