Can't install Vice Versa Pro 3

I have just purchased Vice Versa Pro 3 for my Windows 10 PC but can't install it because of an error message " Setup has found Vice Versa and/or VVLauncher are currently running. Please close all instances of them now."

I have no idea how to do this.

Can someone please help me.

Hi if ViceVersa is already running you do not need to uninstall it first, you can just enter the code you received via e-mail in the software. If you want to uninstall and re-install, make sure to close both ViceVersa and VVLauncher if they are running. In case use also the Windows Task Manager and close ViceVersa.exe and VVLaunhcer.exe

Using Task Manager sorted it for me. Thank you very much for your assistance and advice
