advice what licences - offsite backup

Hi,
As a computer consultant doing some offsite backup for a Accounting Firm client.
My client is running a Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials also WebDrive 2018 (from south River Technologies) to access a remote QNAP NAS.
We need to do daily backups one way from windows to the remote off site QNAP with total backup of 15GB,
My questions:
1. Can you advice what licences to buy for your backup software ViceVersa?
2. Can your software do a DeltaCoply (only files missing or changed) after a full backup is done?
