|
|
Hello, I have a problem using this software. For example, I have a duplicate file in
C:\Users\[username]\Downloads\file1.pdf
F:\Users\[username]\Downloads\seagate 500\file1.pdf
When i set the source and target respectively as C:\Users\[username]\Downloads\ and F:\Users\[username]\Downloads\seagate 500
viceversa does not detect file1.pdf . Why is that ? file1.pdf is inside the downloads folder in both hard drives. What is the problem ? why isnt it detecting ? can you please guide me in the right direction. Thank you. |
