Insufficient disc space message

I am trying to back up to a 120g thumb drive. Windows says there is 32g of free space. However, ViceVersa Pro gives the following message:

"Can not write data. There is not enough space on the disk."

Setting is Backup (mirror source to target). The file it is stuck on is 6.71g.

Hi, is the drive formatted as NTFS or FAT32? FAT32 max file size is 4GB. The error message comes from Windows directly and could be misleading. thanks
