Every time I get a Windows update, or at least a major update, my VV Engine profiles are completely removed, requiring me to reset them all up again. Is there a fix to this, has Microsoft been advised, or can a backup of the VVEngine be backed up with profiles so it can be readily restored after an update? |

Hi, thanks, so that we can recreate the exact issue, what is the account under which VVEngine is running?
The VVEngine scheduling info and profile list is kept in a file called VVEngine.xml. Location is visible in the VVEngine settings (at the bottom of the VVEngine main page, click on "Show VVEngine Settings...")
For example:
Quote: | Settings Loaded/Saved to: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\VVEngine\VVEngine.xml |

Not sure what you are after on above reply. Yes my profiles are listed under that xml file, bot on it and the settings files at the bottom of the VVEngine page, I could not find anything to do with the "Account" or "Location" that you asked for. Could you be more specific? |
