|
|
Hello,
Some persons on our network make files named new.txt
I would like to rename these files, adding the date to the name before moving them to target if they already exist.
Is there a way to do this? I cannot find any help on this issue.
Thank you for your time.

Could Archiving be able to move the file(s) to the same target folder and just append a suffix with the date the file was moved. |

Hi, could you append a date to the target folder instead e.g.
from
c:\source\
c:\target\<date>\
<date> is a folder variable that is supported by ViceVersa.
Renaming of the files is not supported, sorry. _________________ --
