Hi All!
1. I have been a ViceVersa and VVEngine paying customer since 2010. My computer is located in Bulgaria and I also sometimes have other Cyrillic (Russian) files on my computer.
2. Every now and then VVEngine returns an error, when comparing files with the option "Monitoring Level: File Level". The error is never thrown when the "Full Recomparison" mode is active.
3. Most recently, I got the following error:
[ERROR] Error reading VVEngine incremental file: 'C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\VVEngine\26CFA7C5-4535E4F0-CDD4D4F7-F6897F4C-34605B46.vv.txt '. Invalid line: '<|>1<|>0<|>\\?\D:\DOWNLOADS\Это было тогда... Это есть и сейчас То было тогда, а это сейчас That Was Then... This Is Now ('.
4. I have the latest (new) version of ViceVersa 3 Pro (still in trial) installed, but the same thing happened with ViceVersa 2 and ViceVersa 2.5, so there is something in the code that has not been changed and that breaks the program down.
I hope that a solution can be found.

Hello, yes this is an issue with Real-Time and some UNICODE characters. We will fix this issue in the next update of VVEngine/ViceVersa.

Dear Support,
Can you, please, also fix the Unicode problem of ViceVersa Pro v2.5? I have been your paying customer since 2009 and I have had this problem for 9 years now.

Dear Support,
Based on your promise that "We will fix this issue in the next update of VVEngine/ViceVersa" I paid for an upgrade to v3.
Only to find today that the bug is still there. What a disappointment.
Ever planning to fix that?
