I'm getting the following error on a number of files when I do a backup:

Copying file C:\Users\Ken\OneDrive\Documents\Owners Manuals\Tools\Toro\qocmanl.pdf <to> H:\Backups\ZW-1\C\Users\Ken\OneDrive\Documents\Owners Manuals\Tools\Toro\qocmanl.pdf (8.73MB) [Can not copy NTFS Additional File Streams of file "H:\Backups\ZW-1\C\Users\Ken\OneDrive\Documents\Owners Manuals\Tools\Toro\qocmanl.pdf". Function 'BackupWrite' returned error 395. Access to the cloud file is denied.] [ERROR].

Can you tell me what's going on? What do I need to do to break this logjam?

C: is a SSD.
H: is a HDD.

Both are local drives.

I should mention that C:\Users\Ken\OneDrive is linked to my Microsoft OneDrive in the Cloud.

That seemed to work. Thanks.

However, to get to that setting, I had to check the "Copy permissions, security attributes, streams (NTFS only)" checkbox. Was this the correct thing to do? Should I now leave this set?

Hi, you will need to leave this on but you can switch copy permissions off if you want. thanks
