Can VV Pro backup my web server to my office via internet

I'm trying to backup my web server that is hosted through a hosting company.

I want to back up my client data from a web server to a machine in my office.

Can VV Pro do this?

Data must be compressed before transmission.
Data must be encrypted for secure transmission.

Once the data reaches my office machine,
It must be decrypted and uncompressed.

All this must be automated.

In addition can VV Pro do a backup on files being used or will it give me an error. Because the trial version gives me an error when trying to backup an open file.

Sorry VV does not support FTP nor SFTP yet.

I use WSFTP Pro to do this type of backup. Use the syncronize feature.
