First time install and no sync

Hello there,

I have several customers with your software and they all love it.

We have one customer that we are trying to install a trial version on so we can make sure it’s going to work ok. But when we setup all of the profiles and then setup Scheduler and try to run the job it sets there for a few seconds and then comes back and says “Execution not completed”

Here is a copy of the file from NotePad. We are trying to copy the data from one server share to another. So it’s F:\Electronic to Z:\Electronic.

F: is our local Hard Disk. Z: is the other server. That will be syncing over a Hardware VPN connection after I get it all working, but for right now they are on the same network over 10/100/1000.

BUT, I can open ViceVersa Pro and open the FSF file and click on the down arrow next to Compare and click on Compare and Execute and it works fine.

What am I doing wrong?

It says the the path Z:\Electronic can not be found. But I know it is because i'm looking at it.

This can occur if you are working with a mapped network drive and the scheduled task runs when you are not logged on. Drive mappings may not be available when a scheduled task runs even if you set up the task to log in with your user name and password.
- Set up the folder as UNC paths rather than mapped drive letters (eg \\server\share\).
- Verify that the user name and password for the scheduled task will enable the task to access the network resources.
