I'm having this issue with Server 2016 where task scheduled in vvScheduler must be run with the option checked Run only if logged on. If this is not checked then the task will not run and get message for Latest Status: The requested operation requires elevation (0x800702e4). This will not work as I worry that the user logged in may at some point get logged off and my sync task will not run. Has there been a fix for this issue?
