When I start ViceVersa Pro I see only the output window and the profile settings window. I don't see the main UI that allows me to change or configure or run (compare and execute) profiles. |

Hi, that is strange (actually the first time we hear this)... what Windows version are you using? Does it happen all the times and under all accounts? thanks _________________ --

I had not tried using it under a different account as I am the only user on my devices. The problem occurred on only one device it is installed on, an HP Envy TS17 running Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. I have an Acer Iconia Tab W500 running Windows 10 Insider Preview on the slow ring and a homebuilt desktop running Windows 10 Insider Preview on the Skip Ahead fast ring. The program is working normally on both those devices. I was able to restore the UI on my HP by uninstalling and reinstalling the program. It is working normally now. |
