We have been running ViceVersa Pro on one of our servers for over a year now with very few problems. However, due to an infrastructure change, I have to move it to a new server. I have installed an evaluation version of the same version (ViceVersa Pro 2.5 Build 2519) on the new server (64-bit Windows 2008 SP2), set up one of the replication profiles, but when I try and save a task (when to run it and with which permissions) it gives me the following error:

Error saving task. Transaction support within the specifield file system resource manager is not started or was shutdown due to an error. (0x80071a91)

I’ve looked on the support forum and found the topic covering this error on Windows Vista (http://www.tgrmn.com/web/forum/viewtopict4828&highlight=0x80071a91.htm) which links to this Microsoft support problem (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/939615/you-cannot-change-the-settings-for-a-file-backup-operation-or-use-wind), which in turn suggests running:

fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\

However, I still get the same error after this has been run.

Can you advise what I can do to be able to save tasks?

I get a different error when I try and save a task in Task Manager. I'll speak to our IT department about this.
