VV Scheduler Not Working - Windows 10

I have a Windows 10 computer (10.0.15063 build 15063) set up with about 8 sync jobs in VV Scheduler. The jobs run fine from Vice Versa. When I open scheduler, it reports last sync in the past and it hasn't been syncing when it was supposed to.

It show no errors. All jobs say latest status: Completed successfully. It shows Last run result is 0

If I open the profiles and run them manually, there are many files to sync and that works.

If I select a job in VVScheduler and click "Run Task", it immediately increments the last run time, but it isn't actually syncing.

I am using UNC paths for the sync to my network server and NAS.

Don't know what else to try.
