DFS or ViceVersa

I am currently using DFS to constantly sync three offices that share files between each other. The real time sync is very important & DFS works great. Is this software can it be considered as a replacement of DFS?

So...with the VVEngine & real-time sync in place, if a file is saved in office 1, & a user in office 3 needs to access that same file 3 seconds after office 1 saves the file, will office 3 see the most up to date file? This will be synced over a WAN. Thanks

It will take time to save the file across offices. The file will be copied as soon as it is saved. To work over WAN you will bee a VPN tunnel or you could sync vs Azures Files : https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/inside-azure-file-storage/
