Hi,

just wanted to test the trial version of viceversa2 on my .pst files

I always get this error:
Volume Shadow Copy creation failed for C:. VSS_E_UNEXPECTED_WRITER_ERROR

anyone knows what's wrong there?

I did a logfile of the vss, can post it if needed, but it IS lots of text (65kB) !
