Tracking Data Base

I am using ViceVersa to sync folders on two database servers in two locations. I noticed that if the software is restarted it will copy all files in both directions instead of deleting applicable files. By your definition of "Synchronize", deleted files in the source are to be deleted in the target and vice versa.

The problem seams to be that the link to the tracking database is lost when restarting. Is there a setting I'm missing or a way to re-link the software back to the tracking database? I am always prompted to start the tracking database when syncing, but it appears as though the file name changes, and no way to select the file to link to.

Hi, can you enable the profile log file (profile settings -> execution) then post the content here of a run? The tracking db should be permanent for a profile. thanks
