I have a daily backup task that has run successfully for years using VVScheduler that has suddenly stopped working. The task backs up a mapped network drive to my local hard drive. When VVScheduler tries to run the task, the job log reports:
"[ERROR] Source: folder "Q:\" not found. The system cannot find the path specified. Exit Code: 13. Source folder not found. [ERROR]".
When I run the job manually using ViceVersaPRO, it successfully finds the source and runs successfully.
I have tried 1) re-linking the mapping for the source drive. 2) recreating and saving the ViceVersaPRO profile (".fsf" file) 3) Recreating the VVScheduler task and 4) Running the Task/job using the "Run Task" button from VVScheduler. Everything shows "Latest Status: folder not found".
The only thing I can think of has to do with password access. When I create / map the ViceVersaPRO job it does not ask for any password information, however when I create the VVScheduler Task I get a pop-up window asking for the User Account and Password. (Yes, I have tried with and without completing the "Set Password" on the Task tab). The VVScheduler Task window always shows "Latest Status: folder not found".
I believe some security settings may have been changed by our network people, but why would ViceVersaPRO link to the source when run manually but not when utilizing VVScheduler? |
