I am backing up my data from my network drive to my Hard Drive. The NAS drive share is protected by an ID and password, which has been entered into the network settings on Visa Versa.

Using Visa Versa directly, it compares and backs up the NAS to the HD fine. However under the VV Engine, and also when running Visa Versa from the link in the VVengine, I get the following error (in bold below).

Stating "Multiple connections", has me confused as only my local VVEngine is running, and there is no other device on the network open, other than the router connecting the NAS drive.

Status Details: Folder not accessible: \\192.168.0.2\share\xxxxx\ [Network login error: \\192.168.0.2\share\ - Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.(err:1219)] (next check in 60 seconds)

Doing more research, from a cmd prompt, entering net use, my 3 existing NAS shares all appear as ok, with the local location being the drive letters, and the remote being the respective network paths. Each appears only once, and all appear as OK.

Hi, few things to try :
- can you try removing the login in the profile settings?
- is all good when trying from CMD but running as administrator?
- Is the VVEngine setup to run as Windows service or normal program?
thanks

Removing the id/password, it now get a shorted error: Status Details: Folder not accessible: \\192.168.0.2\share\folder\ (next check in 20 seconds)

Running cmd as administrator, it now shows nothing in the list, instead of showing the mapped NAS drives when not running as administrator.

It is not listed as a service, so I assume it is running just as an application.

Funny, that when I turned on my laptop earlier today, everything was connected and working. Then turning it off and back on tonight, it again is not connecting with the same error.

Started VVEngine as a service, and that seems to have fixed the problem, at least for now they all seem to be staying connected.
