|
|
I am working with LONG File Names with ViceVersa and there was no problem since upgrading to MS Server 2016.
The Profiles also work fine in Server 2016, but if I want to open a file or want to open the containg folder I get the error message path not found.
With Windows 2012 R2 or Windows 10 there is no problem. |

Sorry for delay! We can't reproduce this issue on our Win Server 2016.
Can you post the source and target folders you are using and which file paths are causing the error? thanks _________________ --

Further tests from the team.....
Both Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 have trouble opening FOLDERS from the ViceVersa comparison window if the notation \\?\UNC\ is used in ViceVersa PRO. Files have no issues and all other Operative Systems have no issues.
Are you able to confirm?
thanks! _________________ --
