Helpfile reads :

Using VVLauncher you can schedule a ViceVersa profile to run at:

A specific time interval
As soon as file changes are detected to source(s) / target(s)
At Windows startup / shutdown / logoff.

To run VVLauncher start VV, then select :

[Tools] / [Scheduling Tools] / [VVLauncher]

On old Windows versions this is possible, e.g. Win XP, 2003 etc.
But since Windows Vista / 7, Windows no longer allows programs to run when user selects Shutdown or Logoff. Windows will shut down immediately all programs that are running. It will give a few seconds to each program to close properly and ViceVersa / VVEngine do that.

The only way to run a profile at shutdown in the latest versions of Windows is to setup a script that first runs the profile and then shuts down the system. User would need to run that script when wanting to shut down.
