Consolidate files mistake

I made a mistake and used consolidate which delete some directories. Is there a way of recovering them?

You could maybe recover the deleted files using ViceVersa if you had enabled the 'Archiving' option before you ran the Profile . I'm not entirely sure it works with that type of 'execution' ie 'consolidate', check here :

Also there's an option 'Use Recycle Bin when deleting', was that set ? :

Use Recycle Bin when deleting: If you would like to have the deleted files sent to your Windows Recycle Bin, mark this check box. If necessary, you will be able to use the Recycle Bin to restore files. If you would like the files permanently deleted, unmark this option.

More likely you'll need a separate file recovery program
