I have many source folders that have some unique files that the target does not have.

how do I just copy these and keep all the original target files

Replication (Augment) looks like the appropriate Execution Method

Maybe check here though :

NB - If there is any potential for files in the 'Target' to be accidentally deleted/overwritten (should you choose a different 'Execution Method') negate that risk by using the VV 'Archiving' Feature :
