We have been having issues with Viceversa the past couple weeks. It has been freezing up while performing a comparison and while copying data. After it freezing up we are unable to close out of the program (cannot close out of it through task manager). We have only been able to get it to close by restarting the device which is not acceptable.
We have tried uninstalling (uninstalled through windows) and reinstalling ViceVersa. We previously had build 2514 installed, and reinstalled build 2518 and the issue persists.
Is there a way to fix this issue, it almost seems as if viceversa is corrupt. |

Hi, can you send the profile log to support via e-mail please? Profile log location can be seen in ViceVersa -> profile settings -> execution.
