I want to copy files from Source (folder A) to Target (folder B). The files in folder B will be removed after it's processed. Next time the scheduler runs I want to update the target (folder B) only with the new files from the source (folder A) and not replicating the files that have been copied before and removed in the target (folder B). Is VV Pro capable of performing such task? If it can be done what will be the best method to configure?

It can be done using the no rescan feature.

You basically tell ViceVersa not to rescan target so it thinks the removed files are still there. One caviat is that if the no rescan db is lost or reset, then all files are copied again.
