Hi
I have just setup remote desktop services and we would like to use ViceVersa so our users can backup their local laptop documents to their home drive.
Long story short, the reason for this is just for our remote users so we can ensure their documents are safe should their laptops get stolen.
Anyway, we has an old citrix system which they did this on before and Citrix was able to map their local laptops documents to their citrix session and ViceVersa worked flawlessly.
On Remote desktop services we are unable to set their local documents as the RDS sessions documents. So I was hoping to use \\tsclient\c\users\%username%\documents to map to this however, I am unable to do this.
I have limited experience with ViceVersa as I have not been at the company that long.
Would anyone here be able to give me an solutions?
Many Thanks for reading |

ViceVersa is not installed on the Laptops. Only on the Remote Desktop Server |

I have managed to solve my issue. What i needed was to not use %username% and use <username> instead.
I found it in another post after much searching.
Thanks any way |
