Hi, this had troubled me for a long time.

I had s schedule that backup IBM mail file every week.
It was working fine until this month.

Some of the mail files are backup but some are not.
This is the error message when it fails:
[ERROR]Can not write data. The specified network name is no longer available.

It had been working fine.
Please help on this issue.

Hi , this is a network issue. The error is given when the network is no longer available. Maybe try with the option "Use Windows Native File Copy" in ViceVersa profile settings -> performance/bandwidth. thanks

Hi,

The problem appears again.
When I use the option "Use Windows Native File Copy" in ViceVersa Pro it was working well.
But when I put it on schedule to VVengine, it is still failing.
Now it is failing in both ViceVersa Pro and VVengine.

It is the same problem, some can backup and some cannot.

Please help!
