I am running Windows XP SP2 and have VV Launcher set to run at shutdown. When this is set and I reboot the laptop it shuts down without a restart. If I untick the run at shutdown option the laptop does restart when Restart is selected. Is there a fix for this?
Thanks,
Matt |

Hello Matt
Unfortunately this is a Windows issue (all Windows, not only XP): when Windows notifies applications that Windows is shutting down, it does not specify if a restart is needed after that. So VVLauncher has to assume that a restart is NOT needed.
The only way to workaround this is to activate the VVLauncher option 'Ask for confirmation before running profile at shutdown'. A popup window will then appear and you can specify if restarting after shutting down is required. _________________ --
