VVLauncher Error

I've successfully sync'd, and created a profile in VV Pro - I installed the VVLAuncher as a service. When I click on VVLauncher to configure it the log window pops up saying * Error * File not found: ()

Other errors indicated the VVLAuncher can has no profiles loaded.

Any suggestions

Hello - you will need to setup a profile before installing VVLauncher as service. the way to install VVLauncher as a service is the following:

- Login to system as administrator
- Install the ViceVersa PRO software as per defaults
- Run ViceVersa Pro and create, then save a profile
- Run VVLauncher and select the ViceVersa profile + set options
- Run the profile once to check that it is working fine
- Run Service -> InstServ tool
- Select Install Service, then Start Service

Note: by default the service is installed under the LocalSystem account which does not have access to the network resource. You can change that using Windows service panel. see http://www.tgrmn.com/web/kb/item38.htm

At this point the VVLauncher GUI is no longer available.
If you need to change some VVLauncher settings:
- Run Service -> InstServ
- Select Stop Service
- Run VVLauncher
- Change settings
- Close VVLauncher
- Run Service -> InstServ
- Select Start Service
